Nicholas Hayes has been in media for over 15 years, starting his career at media intelligence and monitoring agency Rehame Australia which was taken over by Media Monitors in 2007. Holding senior management positions Nic was responsible for the development and management of media intelligence platforms for many of the ASX200 clients. Nic worked very closely with senior management building, developing and implementing communications platforms and strategies. In 2006, Nic moved to the United Kingdom and managed a regional media intelligence agency that increased turnover by 400% in his two year tenure.
Nic returned from the UK with a mission to start his own communications consultancy that was a little less dependent on traditional methods of media distribution but one that the media consumes itself. In a very short time Nic has developed an impressive client list from the mining, government and corporate sectors that is benefitting from his traditional and new media knowledge. The philosophy is simply applying traditional methods and attitudes and adapting them in a new media world.
